All the check up onings, knowledge, and advice i great deal lend to my team comes from my previous leaders. All of the knowledge Ive compile up comes from my squad leaders. All of my skill sets come from my team leaders. My leadership values come from my platoon sergeants. Leadership is a skill that is rented and earned at the same time. As I progressed through the age I learned from the more experienced soldiers in my platoon. Most of my training came while deployed since my first duty topographical point deployed to Iraq just before I got there.
